We’re excited to launch the Volunteer Journal of Medical Sciences (VJMS)—an in-house, open-access, peer-reviewed journal at UTHSC. VJMS gives students, residents, and fellows a mentored path to publish original research, case reports, reviews, and clinical insights with low or no fees, advancing publishing equity while maintaining rigorous, faculty-guided editorial standards. We’re now accepting submissions and welcoming volunteer reviewers and editors.
